Interviewed for Life and Soul, the new wellbeing podcast from renowned broadcaster Emma Forbes. Born out of Emma’s appreciation for all things well being, and combined with years of broadcasting and brilliance, Life and Soul is all about health, happiness and what makes people tick. As she puts it, “One great thing to come out of this current world that we’re living in is an appreciation for life and what really matters… and so this will be exactly that – a conversation and chat, over a virtual cup of coffee, digging into the things that matter more than ever – feeling good and doing good.” Guests already confirmed for Season 1 include Melissa Odabash, Trinny Woodall, Dr Rupy Aujla, Katherine Jenkins and Marina Fogle. Podcast due to be launched November 2020.

Thrive Global is Arianna Huffington’s new platform after The Huffington Post, devoted to the discussion of all things wellbeing. As she puts it, “I launched Thrive Global to go beyond raising awareness and create something real and tangible that would help individuals, companies and communities improve their well-being and performance and unlock their greatest potential.” Arianna was kind enough to personally endorse Happy Inside on its UK publication, and now, in celebration of its US launch on 1 October, the thriveglobal.com site ran an exclusive extract from Chapter Six: Harmony… 6 Ways to Incorporate Active Rest into your Life Published 6 October 2020. EVENTBRITE do well festival
The Eventbrite Do Well Festival was a five-day virtual line-up of events from 14-18 September 2020 spanning community, environment, family, mental and physical wellness. An IG Live interview between Michelle Ogundehin and Eventbrite hostess Vivian Chalmers opened the festival. And later in the week in a talk hosted by Anthropologie, Michelle Ogundehin was interviewed about Happy Inside by journalist Fiona McCarthy. First aired live 17 September 2020.
