Home Therapy™ Sprints are short, contained interventions designed to stabilise a specific aspect of your home or wellbeing.

Each Sprint focuses on one clearly defined outcome — such as sleep, clutter, or grounding — and runs over a fixed period of time. They ask for modest daily attention and are designed to be completed independently, without tracking, pressure, or perfection.

Sprints are not courses.
They are not programmes.
And they are not ongoing commitments.

They are deliberate therapeutic containers — created to help you change one thing well, rather than many things at once.

HOW SPRINTS FIT INTO THE HOME THERAPY™ ECOSYSTEM

Sprints sit alongside — not beneath — the other ways you can work with Home Therapy™. A Sprint can be enough on its own. And it can also be a bridge to deeper, ongoing support. There is no pre-determined pathway. For example, you might:

• Begin with a Sprint to address something specific
• Be guided to a Sprint following a Diagnostic Consultation
• Use a Sprint as a focused complement to the Happy Insiders Club
• Or complete a Sprint as a standalone intervention.

WHEN A SPRINT IS THE RIGHT NEXT STEP

Home Therapy™ Sprints are designed to support autonomy, not dependency. A Sprint may be particularly useful if you want change without an ongoing commitment. You prefer structured independence. You’re not ready for membership, or don’t need it. Or you want to work at your own pace, in your own time, on a specific issue.

If you’re feeling unclear about what would support you most — or you’re dealing with something more complex or layered — a Home Therapy™ Diagnostic Consultation may be the best starting point. This is a focused, one-to-one session designed to bring clarity and direction. Rather than ongoing support, it helps identify what matters most now — and whether that’s a Sprint, the Club, or something else entirely.

The Consultation stands alone, and often makes everything else simpler.
