They offer space to think, reflect, and make sense of how your home may be influencing how you feel — without asking for immediate action or commitment. Some people use them as a gentle starting point; others return to them alongside a Sprint or as support for ongoing work in the Club.
Workbooks are not programmes or step-by-step plans. They are invitations to slow down, notice patterns, and build understanding before deciding what, if anything, you want to change.
